Nature is the expression of the Divine. Sadly, there has been over-exploitation of resources resulting in harm to Mother Nature. As all our actions, big or small, impact the environment, we must become conscious of any negative consequences. Active change in our thoughts and behaviours is required to reverse the detrimental effects on nature.

Makara Sankranthi Festival at Five Dock Centre NSW
The festival of Pongal / Makara Sankranthi marks the transcendance of the Sun from the southern hemisphere to the northern hemisphere. It is marked by the day the Sun crosses the Tropic of Capricorn, heralding the closure of winter and the impending arrival of warmer days (spring to summer) in the northern hemisphere. This festival is celebrated across the entire Indian sub-continent in myriad names along with festivities unique to the Region, Languange and State.

Launch of Sri Sathya Sai Kids World YouTube Channel – Creating Happy Children and Happy Homes
The Sri Sathya Sai Media Centre in Prasanthi Nilayam launched, on January 31, the Sri Sathya Sai Kids World YouTube Channel with a vision to create happy children and happy homes. The youtube channel provides a valuable resource for content for children that instill the values taught by Swami. Keeping in line with the digital age we live in, the launch of this youtube channel will provide a wonderful opportunity to communicate lessons from Swami’s teaching to children through a medium that they are increasingly familiar with.
